About
Jacinta Kelly is the visionary behind Firm Thinking , leveraging over 25 years of international consultancy and corporate experience. Her career began in the corporate world, where she honed her expertise in strategy development through senior roles at blue-chip companies like Ericsson AB, VWR International (Avantor), P&O Group (Maersk), and Exel Logistics (Deutsche Post). Seeing a gap in the market for bespoke consultancy services, she founded Firm Thinking Consultancy in 2009.
She advises organisations across Ireland, Europe, North America, and Asia, on strategy, business model innovation & governance frameworks. As a Chartered Director and active member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland, Jacinta is committed to fostering effective governance and strategic decision-making. These principles extends to her role as a Board member and trustee of Multiple Sclerosis Ireland, where she applies her expertise to support impactful governance and strategic initiatives.
