About
Firm Thinking is an independent strategy and governance practice led by Jacinta Kelly.
Jacinta is a Chartered Director, experienced board Chair and strategy adviser with more than 25 years of international corporate and consulting experience.
Her corporate career included senior roles with Ericsson, VWR International, P&O Group and Exel Logistics, building experience across strategy, commercial development, organisational change and international business.
Jacinta works with owners, Chairs, boards and leadership teams to develop and implement strategy, strengthen board effectiveness, and improve governance and risk oversight. She has served as Chair of the Board of Multiple Sclerosis Ireland, adding direct board leadership experience to her corporate and consulting background.
Jacinta is a Chartered Director and member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland and holds an MBA from Kingston Business School London.
